The iPhone is coming out in Australia.
I'm not getting one until:
1. My iPod and/or phone conks.
2. The iPhone capacity exceeds my iPod - 30 gig. Sixteen gig is the current capacity.
3. I can buy outright. No monthly bill slavery for me!

My Neo has just arrived. I got a pick up notice from Australia Post in the mailbox today and charged down to the local post office.
Thirty minutes later, I'd tested out my brand new Neo, and uploaded the fan-made fonts. Like the font in the picture - Bold. (There's ...

Just discovered that the new version of iTunes, 6.0.2, contains spyware. The new MiniStore talks to a server and tells it what you're playing on iTunes so it can suggest a similar track you'd like to buy. I'm disgusted. I don't want anyone poking their noses into what I ...

Got myself an iTalk, a voice-recording device and speaker that plugs into my iPod.
I can't believe how painless it was to install. I just plugged it into my iPod and it worked immediately.
Then I plugged my iPod into my iBook and it not only automatically uploaded the file I'd just ...

I finally got myself a Bluetooth keyboard.
Typing on a laptop keyboard is difficult to do for any long period of time. But I need to be able to type for long periods of time. I’m doing an Advanced Narrative Writing course, plus I plan to enroll for the National Novel ...

My Mac update program just upgraded my Mac to iTunes 5, and somehow during the upgrade I lost my music files, and all the data associated with them, such as ratings, playlists and playcounts! I'm furious. I wish I'd never seen iTunes 5.
Found out about PodUtil on iPodLounge.com ...

From ZDNet:
Some industry insiders to believe that Apple is working on an online movie store and a video playback device that does for movies what iTunes and the iPod have already done for music.
Good. I'm glad to hear Apple will do for videos what it has done for digital ...

My iTune recently updated so it can handle Podcasts, which are a little like radio stations for the iPod. I'm just listening to NASA's podcast about Deep Impact. I like the idea it brings up, that comets have been striking Earth for millions of years...and now it's our turn to ...

Dashed home at lunchtime and surprised a courier who had popped a 'Sorry I missed you' note under the door.
After I had signed for my parcel (the replacement iBook battery) and the courier had left, I went inside and saw my sister's dog, Souki. Souki has a habit of holding ...
